This Pomerania camping guide focuses on Łeba’s coastal setting and a carefully planned visit to Słowiński National Park. Use the named camping base for a regional stay, with time outdoors and a separate cultural outing. Research and published tariffs checked on 16 October 2026. Prices are in Polish zlotys (PLN); a listed charge is not a guarantee of availability.
Pomerania camping guide: nature and routes
Use the national park’s official route and visitor information to plan the dune landscape, forest paths and coastal outings. Stay on permitted routes and leave sensitive dune vegetation undisturbed. Wind and sand make walking more tiring than the map suggests; carry water and sun protection, with a shorter option for unsettled weather. Keep beach recreation and a substantial park walk on separate days.
Authorized camping and checked prices
InterCamp’84, Turystyczna 8e, Łeba, publishes a 2026 table. Adults are PLN30 in the listed summer peak period and PLN20 in the lower period; a 1–2-person tent is PLN20/13, a car PLN25/16 and a motorhome PLN65/50. For the lower-period example, two adults with small tent and car total PLN69 before electricity and local tax. Electricity is PLN30; local tax is PLN1.50 in the listed shoulder months or PLN2.50 in July–August. The page and downloadable PDF show differing season boundaries, so confirm the applicable dates and rate in writing. Do not treat the table as evidence of October opening.
Confirm your equipment category, party size, arrival arrangements and the complete charge before booking or travelling. Ask which sanitary, water and disposal services operate on your dates. A rate described as undated, a starting price or a previous-year tariff should not be treated as a guaranteed current total.
Free overnight camping
No specific free authorized overnight spot has been verified for this itinerary. For forest stays, consult the official designated-zone information linked in our national guide and check the relevant forest district’s conditions. Do not assume a forest road, lake shore, national park or daytime car park permits overnight camping or vehicle access.
Restaurant and local food
Chata Rybacka in Łeba is a fish-focused restaurant by the harbour channel and town promenade. Plan a current-menu check and an unhurried meal after the coast rather than assuming a particular fish is always available. Restaurant spending is separate from the campsite budget.
Check kitchen hours and reservations directly, especially outside summer. Carry food for arrival if a seasonal restaurant is your only nearby option.
Culture beyond the campsite
The park museum branch at Rąbka presents a dune-focused exhibition. Its published access conditions require arranged educational visits for groups of at least ten, with advance notice; it is not an ordinary independent walk-in stop. Smaller parties should ask the park about suitable current museum or educational options before travelling.
Practical season, access and equipment
From the Łeba base to the Rąbka approach, allow approximately 3–6 km and 10–20 minutes by car or a longer cycle/walk, depending on the exact entrance. These are planning estimates, and the park walk continues beyond the arrival point. Late spring to early autumn suits this itinerary. Confirm campsite dates, park access and return transport before a long outing, and reserve a separate day for Gdańsk or other distant Pomeranian highlights.
Bring waterproof layers, walking shoes, drinking water, warm bedding, a torch and offline maps. Add lights and repair supplies for cycling. Use authorized waste and wastewater facilities, follow local fire rules and leave protected habitats undisturbed.
