Motorcycle Backrests Comparison: Yiju, CCYLEZ and M1000

This motorcycle backrests comparison brings together the Yiju, CCYLEZ and M Maintenanse M1000 products reviewed by 1WAYCAMPING. They offer different support and luggage arrangements. However, none has been confirmed by us as a fit for a particular motorcycle, and we have not performed a riding or load test.

Buyer compatibility check: Independently verify your exact vehicle make, model, year, seat and configuration, including racks, accessories and modifications. Confirm mounting points, required hardware, clearances and every load limit. A universal label or a motorcycle brand in a title does not establish compatibility.

If you want passenger support

First, compare the proposed pad position with the actual passenger seat. The Yiju has a padded panel, while the CCYLEZ image shows mesh. Neither material establishes which will feel better for a particular person. Ask about usable support width, height and angle before deciding.

Also check access when getting on and off the motorcycle. A support that looks suitable in a catalog may conflict with an installed seat, top case or luggage arrangement. We cannot rank comfort because we have not tried these products with passengers.

If you want driver and passenger positions

The M1000 is the option here with an associated manual describing both positions. That makes it worth examining for this requirement, provided the correct mounts exist for your vehicle. It does not prove better comfort or compatibility.

However, adjustment and installation are separate tasks. A mechanism that moves without tools may still require a carefully installed mounting kit. Confirm the current instructions for the exact assembly and mount combination.

If you also need a luggage platform

Yiju and M1000 include advertised luggage platforms. The available CCYLEZ evidence does not establish a cargo-platform function. Therefore, do not assume that its folding base can carry a bag.

The associated M1000 manual specifies 10 lb, approximately 4.5 kg, for its rack. Confirm that the document applies to the received version and observe any lower vehicle or mount limit. Yiju’s capacity remains unconfirmed; an unknown rating is not an unlimited allowance.

Important differences in the evidence

Our Yiju and CCYLEZ reviews rely on supplied Amazon listing screenshots. For example, Yiju’s 370 mm figure does not establish mounting-hole spacing. Meanwhile, CCYLEZ’s subtitle refers to a footrest despite the pictured backrest, so buyers should confirm the exact product identity.

The M1000 has a manual associated with its model and ASIN on an independent host. This provides more operating information, but its applicability still needs confirmation. Better documentation does not by itself establish a stronger product or a successful installation.

Compare complete cost and usable space

Ask for a quote covering all required supports, fasteners and installation. Then compare the final arrangement with the equipment you already carry. A lower assembly price can be misleading if essential mounts are separate.

Also request the complete installed weight and dimensions. We have not ranked prices, package weights or durability, because the available evidence does not support a reliable comparison. Consult our motorcycle luggage guide for broader load planning.

How to use this motorcycle backrests comparison

Start with the function you need, then obtain written fitment and operating details. If those details remain unavailable, choose an option with documentation that answers your questions. None of these backrests should be treated as a restraint or a guarantee against falls.

For seating after parking, the Wildhiker camping chair serves a separate purpose. It is not an alternative mounting solution or an on-bike passenger support.

Sources and method

This is a specification-based comparison using the evidence identified in the three linked reviews. It is not a hands-on group test, and we have selected no overall winner. The associated M1000 manual is hosted by Manuals+, an independent publication; confirm it matches the supplied product.
